The Marion Cultural and Civic Center entrance from the square in historical downtown Marion.

Original Terra Cotta facade from the 1922 opera house that became the Marion Cultural and Civic Center in 1975. The historical facade was incorporated into the design for the new facility when it was built to replace the original building after it was destroyed by a tragic fire in 1997.

Upon entrance of the lobby, attention is drawn to the magnificent chandelier which is accented by the elegant grand staircase that gracefully cascades between floors.
